Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase.
If you cancel within this 14-day period before accessing the course, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within the 14-day period after accessing the course, a refund may be reduced to reflect the digital content already supplied, in accordance with UK consumer law.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, no refunds will be issued.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing by email.
Cancellation rights apply to consumers only. Purchases made for business or professional purposes are non-refundable.
